Successfully delivering on technology innovation programs as part of a $30 million annual Tennant R&D budget.KEY STRATEGY & TECHNOLOGY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:► INITIATED STRATEGIC PROGRAM TO DESIGN AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLES (AGV). Led multi-year program to successfully develop and demonstrate prototype AGV system resulting in board approval of phase II commercial development program. ► LED REMOTE BATTERY HEALTH & DIAGNOSTICS FOR LEAD-ACID BATTERIES. Built prototype application leveraging IRIS telemetry, advanced data analytics, and internet of things (IOT) communication. This system addresses a top customer concern.► DEPLOYED CUSTOM INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) SOLUTIONS IN EMERGING MARKETS. Created custom web portal for strategic accounts in Mexico and Brazil displaying machine utilization and uptime.
