Civil engineer as Shift Team Leader/Person In Charge (PIC) on the new underground London crossing project of CROSSRAIL. 50 to 80-persons team management on the construction of the new Liverpool Street underground station.- Ensuring the respect of the project program- Technical support of the site working teams- Ensuring the respect of the quality procedures- Ensuring the respect of the safety procedures during the works onsite.Work in shift 2/12 including night shifts.Works carried out on site included all the aspects of Sprayed concrete tunnelling: primary lining (Ground dewatering, ground depressurisation, excavation in London clay using the New Austrian Tunnelling Method, spray of temporary concrete lining); secondary lining (Waterproofing using both sheet membrane and sprayed membrane, construction of the permanent lining using reinforced cast-in-situ concrete or reinforced sprayed concrete, fireproofing). Tunnelling using the Timber-heading construction method, in order to realize the interface with London Underground existing tunnels. Handovers works with other contractors (TBM contractors, First stage concrete contractors)
