• Establishing the Database for Quality Indicators through the hospital, leading the efforts toward allowing staff the opportunity to review their data and evaluate Department performance relative to patient outcomes.• Collects & analyzes the data entry on relevant quality performance indicators.• Monitor & evaluate the nursing practices, bedside procedure & ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation in regard of care and staffing requirements and linking between patient outcome and nurse staffing data that are being collected.• To confirm all quality indicators which should be applicable in the medical failed.• Facilitate a benchmarking process with other health institutions according to a standardized and systematic process.• Do clinical documentation review using the guideline for documentation.• Develop guidelines and policies as required.• Participate & initiate a survey on environmental safety• Close follow up for ROPs (Required Organization Practice / Patient Safety Goals).• Responsible to identify the Hazards in the hospital to facilitate the process for Risk Management Plan.• Dealing with OVRs (Occurrence Variance Reports )which involve :1. Develop a process for reporting, logging, analyzing, and feedback.2. Identify problems, Gaps in the process, suggest solutions.3. Develop monthly, quarterly reports on OVR.4. Identify sentinel events, major incidence, and develop investigation processes.5. Use RCA and different quality tools to study the OVR.6. Admin user for an e-OVR system (Datix International Patient Safety Program).
