Establishing a seamless connection between the theoretical scientific knowledge acquired during courses and its practical application in real-world sites, ensuring engineers can bridge the gap effectively.Conducting comprehensive training sessions for engineers, covering a spectrum of generations including GSM (2G), UMTS (3G), LTE (4G), and NR (5G). Emphasizing planning and organizational skills to equip engineers for diverse telecommunications scenarios.Providing specialized training to engineers on critical technologies, such as Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM), Microwave (MW), and Fiber to the X (FTTX), tailored to on-site applications. This training aims to enhance their expertise and proficiency in deploying and maintaining these technologies in practical field settings.Fostering a holistic learning environment that goes beyond theoretical understanding, empowering engineers with the practical skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.Continuously evaluating and updating training modules to align with industry advancements, ensuring that engineers remain at the forefront of technological developments in telecommunications.Conducting optimization, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance of a diverse range of equipment, including base stations, RF transmitters, and the Fiber network.Systematically evaluating network coverage to identify gaps and formulating strategic recommendations to enhance overall coverage. Actively participating in the implementation of these recommendations and providing dedicated support for cell site operations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance network performance, applying a keen understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices.Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for the ongoing improvement of hardware performance, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the latest advancements in telecommunications technology.
