Leveraged new technology to enhance customer contact capabilities: Created an online sales department which increased sales. Advised and trained staff on emerging technology such as QR codes and mobile websites, guided them to leverage these assets to drive incremental new car sales and retain profitable customers.Created new sources of revenue: Established and marketed a secondary finance department. Developed a process for reselling used and older parts online, which otherwise would have been sold for scrap metal at a loss. Limit dealer’s potential liability: Create and review compliance material, implement procedures to insure safe-harbor protection. Leverage business knowledge to drive results: Educate dealers on how to use QR Codes, improve google organic search results, create a YouTube presence and google paid searches to increase sales and consumer experience.

Helped business avoid lawsuits: Mediated, negotiated and settled complaints. Drafted release agreements between consumers and dealers for alleged violations of state and federal consumer protection laws.Enabled Educated Business Decisions: Responsible for reviewing legally questionable newspaper advertisements and providing financially sound advice to business owners. Drafted and prepared documents for litigation: Responsible for creating pleadings for state and local lawsuits; drafted responses to Civil Investigatory Demands made by the FTC relating to suspected TSR and TCPA violations; and collected, reviewed and organized receipts for an IRS audit of a charity suspected of fraud.
