• Support the Head of Finance in the provision • Assist with the preparation of budget and Best Estimate.• Support the implementation of the approved budget to monitor actual expenditure against budget, analyze significant variances and identify any opportunities for cost efficiencies.• Assist with the development of financial models in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.• Prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed.• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.

- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)- Forecast costs and revenues- Manage tax payments- Organize internal audits- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments- Analyze financial trends- Perform month-end and year-end close processes

- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.- Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies.- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information and ensure - completeness of invoices.- Maintain customer billing records and update relevant information as needed.- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances with clients.- Prepare periodic reports on invoicing activities, including aging reports and revenue analysis.- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulations.- Support the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
