Ensure KPI’s, BPs, Business Performance Reviews, CMP, HSE monitoring programs & annual plans and Annual Reviews are used effectively to drive continuous contractor performance improvement.6. Responsible of BP preparation, challenge and endorsement. 7. Maintain actual expenditure process/record versus planned budget, provide variance explanation, and report to concerned parties. 8. Drive cost saving opportunities via SC improvements, benchmarking, introduction of best practices, and development of new sources.9. Drive lean initiatives/ideas/projects initiation and development through UWD lean process.10. To support and represent department manger in Contractual and financial matters related to UWCI portfolio.11.
