I directed the All-College Mixed and Women's Choirs

I directed an enthusiastic group of guys that met on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 - 3:15. It was great fun for me to help this group of men become a real musical ensemble.

I had the opportunity to work with students at Crown College in St. Bonifacious, MN. I had a studio with 20-25 voice students, directed the Women's Choir, taught additional classes in Music Education Methods, Music Fundamentals, and Music History, and was the administrator for the Choral Academy of Crown College.

I was responsible for vocal/choral music program in grades 9-12. Teaching duties include responsibility for Concert Choir (a 9-12 auditioned mixed chorus), Bel Canto Singers (a 9-12 auditioned women's chorus), Men of Note (a 9-12 auditioned men's chorus), Payne Street Singers (a select extra-curricular chamber choir), voice lessons, numerous small ensembles and teaching of a music appreciation class for one semester every other year. Additional responsibilities have included producer/music director of musical theatre productions every other year and Senior High Music Department head. Beginning with the 1996-97 school year, duties have included K-12 Department Head.
