Brief Job Description:• Providing support in key areas such as, Recovery from substance and alcohol misuse, Hospitaldischarges from psychiatric unit, Intensive rehabilitation for all levels, Domiciliary care services,Behaviour support plans, Behaviour management, Communication passports.• Provide solutions to a variety of day-to-day challenges met by individuals, organisations andcompanies.• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and liaised with all professionals involved in the careand management of the client group.• To enable clients to develop independent living skills, social inclusion and community integrationby undertaking supportive engagement activities and therapies such as running skills group.• Respecting, understanding and undertaking safeguarding, confidentiality and risk assessments.• Training clients to undertake daily living skills.• Participating in safe management of incidents; this includes de-escalating difficult situations whena resident is in a moment of crisis while still maintaining their safety.
