In my role at Beaverbrooks I have been trained to sell prestigious brands such as Breitling, Tag Heuer, Gucci, Raymond Weil, dealing with customer repairs and watch strap alterations. My day to day role entails handling enquiries from customers, via telephone and in store. This involves ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded and dealt with customer issues or escalating them to Management appropriately. I also liaised with valuers on behalf of customers, took orders into stock, distributed customer orders via courier, dealt with store transfer orders, carried out stock takes, completed visual merchandising as defined by brand guidelines, jewellery cleaning and took all payment transactions. At close of business I also carried out standard security and postal routines and any other duties which may be required.

In this position I was responsible for providing an efficient front of line service to customers. Ensuring that orders were taken correctly and fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting customer’s needs in a responsible and professional manner. My duties for this role included handling of money, placing orders, serving drinks, opening and closing the bar at the beginning and end of my shift and cashing up, ensuring that there were no discrepancies at the end of a working shift and arranging the float for the next working shift.

During my time at Syconium C.I.C this position enabled me to plan out work based young people sessions, and ensuring that all the health and safety precautions were made, these sessions were then implemented for young people to take part in. Working in a group of people, we implemented different projects together, making contacts within the local council and other independent based youth organizations.

During my time within the Royal Air Force I was stationed at RAF Halton, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. My typical responsibilities included the management and co-ordination of air traffic control personnel, using radar, radio and data processing facilities to provide aeronautical guidance to RAF aircrew and facilitate the safe transit of civilian aircraft through air space.After I sustained injuries during training which became a recurring injury I left due to recurring medical issues, which would have hampered my career in the RAF.October 2008 – August 2009During this time, I was attending interviews for the Royal Air Force. I had joined a gym and also hired a personal trainer to increase my fitness levels to the required criteria for the RAF.

My duties included meeting and greeting customers, taking orders on the till, order collecting and ensuring customers receive the correct products. I was already trained on the jewellery department (Elizabeth Duke), this involved me having the control of the keys and ensuring all the stock was correct, during this time I was then trained in the cash office, I was trained to check the balancing of the tills, safe and deposit box balance for the week and next occurring day.
