Responsible for the operating unit oversight and ongoing development of AIA’s advanced health management and clinical intervention portfolio known as DiscoverHealth®. These duties include portfolio program identification and selection, ongoing vendor management, and the evaluation of portfolio program performance including both qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment returns. Works closely with each AIA/BRG client consulting and service team to integrate selected DiscoverHealth® portfolio programs with benefit plan development and communication. Additionally, serves as a Senior Consultant for certain AIA/BRG clients with responsibility for strategic account management, the delivery of high level consulting expertise, and the coordination of AIA/BRG consulting and service teams for certain experience-rated and self-funded AIA/BRG clients. These activities include strategic benefit plan development, ongoing claims analysis and financial performance, analysis and negotiation of rate renewals, regulatory compliance adherence and support, and coordination of ongoing client service.
