Also acting as the Emergency Medicine Chief Resident in research affairs, from summer 2013 to September 2014, I familiarized junior residents with research concepts and facilitated them through the process of selecting a research topic, proper study design, data analysis , and writing the thesis proposal or dissertation.

Working as a division of the Department of Faculty Affairs at the university with over 2000 faculty members, responsibilities consisted of:• Determining minimum required abilities in various domains for faculty members through conduction of qualitative and quantitative research. • To design and organize tools and processes to evaluate faculty members competencies• To propose, develop, and oversee training programs aiming to enhance capabilities of faculty members• To guide and facilitate faculty members through the promotion process• Also prepared and presented the initial project design and requirement analysis for faculty members' portal in order to improve and simplify the promotion process.Also served as a member of the Evidence Based Practice committee (2009-2011) at the Educational Development Center.

Established the medical desk at this national daily newspaper and started the publication of "Zaraban" the weekly medical page at the paper. Which included recruiting and managing a team of contributors with health experience. Later stepped back from heading the desk and continued contributing as a columnist to different division of the paper including medical, youth, and social pages.

Avandar Rural Health And Treatment Center

Headed a team of more than ten health professionals in five satellite villages to manage health and treatment of over 6000 rural residents in Kashmar, Khorasan Razavi Iran. Also acted as the general physician in Avandar health and treatment center.
