• Determining minimum required abilities in various domains for faculty members through conduction of qualitative and quantitative research.
• To design and organize tools and processes to evaluate faculty members competencies
• To propose, develop, and oversee training programs aiming to enhance capabilities of faculty members
• To guide and facilitate faculty members through the promotion process
• Also prepared and presented the initial project design and requirement analysis for faculty members' portal in order to improve and simplify the promotion process.Also served as a member of the Evidence Based Practice.

Mashhad, Iran

Established the medical desk at this national daily newspaper and started the publication of "Zaraban" the weekly medical page at the paper. Which included recruiting and managing a team of contributors with health experience. Later stepped back from heading the desk and continued contributing as a columnist to different division of the paper including.

Avandar Rural Health And Treatment Center

Headed a team of more than ten health professionals in five satellite villages to manage health and treatment of over 6000 rural residents in Kashmar, Khorasan Razavi Iran. Also acted as the general physician in Avandar health and treatment center.
