To Manage all EPC interior fit-out services activities including reporting manpower handling, Quality Control along with perfect safety standards & precautions and check materials received as per client specifications, Services include Wall Partition wood and steel frame , Civil ,MEP, HVAC system ,Security system, Painting, Facade etc.

• To Coordinate program activities designed to manage Civil EPC works, high-end floor finishes, joinery Works, wall finishes, facades, Gyps works, structural glazing, wall claddings, wall partitions with wood and GI, interior works, Fire Fighting works, Fire Alarm works, CCTV, electrical and electrical lighting fixture Works, DG installation, etc, from the conceptual stage through the life cycle of the project.• Carry out the specified inspection/test by relevant inspection/test plans, including the Works of the subcontractors.• SDR report preparation of new project and maintain overall supervision and coordination of landlord/ Engineer/Project Manager/Zonal Heads.• To Develop and implement program activities, coordinate efforts of contractors, subcontractors, and Consultants, and resolve problems in the area of finishing to ensure the meeting of contractual commitments.• Monitoring the performance of contractors and suppliers• To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects• To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil and finishing work at all stages• To Guide / Instruct Junior engineer / Supervisor to prepare required fields and reports about the project• To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any• To check the stacking and storage of materials in various godowns and stores of the site with neatness

• Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.• Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.• Lead and direct onsite construction teams.• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.• Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.• Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.• Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
