As EMEA HR Operation Manager I'm responsible for a variety of tasks and responsibilities. In this role, I'm managing a team to support the EMEA HR Operation and any escalations coming up in the process. Engaging with the different local HR team to ensure that the process is working correctly is key. A big focus is to drive improvements and efficiencies in the end to end HR processes. Another important focus is the payroll implementation and integration between our HR system and the payroll systems to ensure one single source of data input. That will increase the overall Data Quality in the HR system. Together with the team, I manage the Global Core HR process and propose changes and manage change management, communication and ensure smooth implementation in the existing processes.Some of the changes require approval from Works Council, so I act as the Works Council liaison to translate the changes in clear communication to the Works Council in the different EMEA countries.Last but not least manage vendors and have regular meetings to ensure all agreed SLA’s are met by the vendors.

- Working on one of the largest Merger projects in the semiconductor industry;- Responsible for redesign of Core Global HR Business Processes, Global Compensation Recruitment and Talent Management (in Workday as HR System); - Share and Inform Process Design with Senior Stakeholders and manage expectation;- Participate in testing functionalities in Workday and manage that system works as expected;- Manage and discuss changes with Works Councils and get approval for proposed changes;- Coordinate and manage regional testing sessions in different regions;- Involved in setting up a Service Delivery Model with an outsourced HR Service Center to support Employees, Managers and HR.

Act as a trusted business advisor with regards to the existing and to be designed HR IT functional organization. Advise and implement system changes effectively.As a HR Functional Expert with main focus on core HR related processes. Serve as third line support with deep content expertise, responsible as HR IT advisor for HR and business, and support the functional domain. Also Responsible for functional & technical design and implementation of new functionality in Workday (main HR Core system).I've build knowlegde of within Workday in different areas like:- Business Processes;- Compensation Management;- Data Management and Mass Uploads.

As a consultant, I am responsible for implementing the Raet portfolio. The implementation and configuration is described in an implementation plan. An essential part of this plan are the workshops. The workshops, which I supported, aim to ensure optimal alignment of Raet solutions with HR processes and procedure of the organization. As a consultant, I supervise the full implementation of Youforce for our customers. I help the customer to train and manage the change for all users, employees, managers and HR professionals, to make them able to work with Youforce. I work every day on shaping and designing the new HR environment for organizations.- Setting up project plan and schedule for execution of the project;- Monitoring progress of planning and costs;- The implementation of software solutions to support basic HR, tactical HR processes (recruitment, performance management, learning management and absence management);- Advising about law and regulations to make the right choices during the implementation of the payroll solution;- Advising clients to design the most efficient processes; - Courses / instructions to end users;- Giving workshops about process optimization in payroll / HR area;- Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support and demonstrations;- Performing User Testing performance of new versions of the applications;- Conception and definition of new features in the applications;- Generate revenue from existing clients;

- Organizing different Customer Relation Events, e.g. for existing and potential clients;- Monitoring the content of the local internet site;- Responsible for the Internal Communication;- Intern accountmanagement: supporting the commercial department in order to increase and stimulate sales;- Setting up campaigns for customers and (potential) clients;- Writing and editing for the corporate magazine;- Setting up commercial campaigns for the local region;- Communication about the launching of Rabo Mobiel (mobile network of the Rabobank).
