A Cluster in Mount Meru Petroleum is a group of Fuel retail outlets. As a cluster manager, we managed daily activities in all the R.O. 's which belong to a Cluster, including sales for Fuel and Lubricants, day-to-day operations and General Management. Work was target-orientated provided on a monthly and quarterly basis by the Retail Head and CEO. It is an exceptional experience to work in Malawi, as it's a small economy compared to India, and the team given to us are all locals. My primary learning at Mount Meru so far is how to lead a team and manage the region as a whole; working in this OMC gave me a perspective about this industry and a general understanding of how a commodity business works. My cluster consisted of 8 R.O.'s, and I lead a staff of 100 people for the Northern region. For the last 6 months I was promoted to handle local logistics for fuel supply in the Central Region, including supply planning and fleet maintenance.

BAARI LABS is a Dubai based startup, working in the additive manufacturing industry, manufacturing indigenous 3D Printers. I have made significant improvements to their product and was responsible for the quality management of the machines & its diagnostics. Apart from my technical work, I was also involved in marketing and sales, interacting with customers and helping them understand the technical aspects of the machines and how they could maximize their use.

I was deployed in HCIL under the welding department maintenance division. I've learnt and worked on Mitsubishi and Omron PLC also worked with Yaskawa welding robots and all the ins and outs of it, including teaching. Also worked on pneumatic jig circuits and their maintenance.

3dprototyperz is a startup based in Indore. They manufacture 3d printers. I quickly mastered the skills to build a 3D printer and introduced new features to the products. Apart from this, I was also in the marketing team at this firm.

I guided a team of assistant project managers (interns) at KBRIJ. Supervising multiple ongoing railway projects, out of which one project my team completed during my time called Railway Shead management software. All of what we built was built by total Freshers 3rd-4th year college students. We sold that software alone for 4 Lacs INR. I also worked on hiring for my time at KBRIJ.
