-Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), records, and monitoring charts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.-Lead equipment qualifications for the B200 project, including vendor and site qualifications.-Oversee commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of production processes and equipments for new Flu project building. Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of PCS systems.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient project development and execution.-Train technical staff and ensure adherence to GMP standards and approved site SOPs and procedures. -Coordinate and supervise daily and weekly manufacturing activities, including scheduling technical staff for the B200 project.

-Provide pre- and post-market technical support to Canadian clinical lab customers for genomic products as a genomic technical expert.-Manage and maintain product licenses and regulatory approvals from bodies such as Health Canada and the FDA.-Develop and deliver scientific training for Sales Representatives and collaborate with the R&D team on new product initiatives.

-Contribute to the development of genomic core facilities at Public Health Ontario.-Perform analysis and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate testing and final reporting of sequencing results.-Validate and enhance existing procedures to align with Public Health Ontario's provincial mandates.Educate, manage, and mentor team members on both ongoing and new procedures.-Conduct genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 utilizing Illumina and Oxford Nanopore Technologies platforms.

Research:• Involved in drug patent submission by following all university and regulatory requirements for documentation of findings.• Lead scientist in identifying clinical biomarkers for cognitive dysfunction associated with anesthetic drugs. Communication: • Drafted manuscripts and presented findings at major national and international conferences. Submitted grant applications. Leadership: • Optimized biochemical and molecular methods and procedures (nucleic acid extraction, primer design, PCR & qPCR, membrane protein purification, cross-linking) for the lab. • Maintained knockout mouse colony of the lab. Teaching: • Lead and maintained molecular biology and biochemical assays for the group.• Supervised over four graduate and undergraduate students.• Actively teaching molecular biology assays to undergraduate and graduate students.

Research Topic: Neuroepigenetic, Focus: Heritable impact of chemical exposure in-utero and during early development.
