I conducted marketing trend analysis, strategic planning, and competitive analysis to drive the company's product portfolio forward in the competitive tech industry.

In my role as Senior Director Marketing, Networking and Automotive Ethernet at Broadcom, I managed the Automotive Ethernet, Networking, and data center transceiver PHYs, and POE business. I spearheaded the development of diversified profitable high growth new products, maintained market leadership, and co-invented disruptive IVN technology.

In my role as Director of Marketing/Strategic Planning at Centillium Communications, I spearheaded the establishment of the mixed signal optical access business unit. I led product planning and standard activities for SerDes development, FTTH ePON, and high-speed optical transceivers. By defining new products and securing design wins with key customers, I played a crucial role in driving business growth and market expansion.

In my role as Technical Manager at Nortel Networks, I led the QOS efforts for voice over IP products, applied for patents in voice and fax over IP call, and strategically planned for carrier accounts in broadband and wireless access.

In my role as Co Founder/Chief technical at Pattern Recognition Technologies, I led the development and management of a software-based AI Neural network power system load and gas consumption forecaster tool for the Electric Power Research Institute. This project was a continuation of my Ph.D. work in forecasting, where I utilized my technical expertise to create a core forecast software engine.
