Roles and Responsibilities in the Pre-tender Works* Detailed study & reviewing of Drawings , Specifications & Contract Documents.* Quantity take-off using AutoCAD , plan swift with reference to the scope of work and specifications.* Sending inquiries , RFQs and receiving quotations from suppliers & subcontractors , Analyzing the quotations and preparing comparison sheets.* Preparation of Priced Bill of Quantities.* Preparation of tender documents and Submission of tenders.* Study of contract at the pre-tender stage.* Examination and verification of site condition at the pretender stage.

Projects & Responsibilities (2016-till date):1- Nobles Tower Project (2B+G+5P+44Typ+1Mech+R+UR) Business Bay , Dubai.2- Azurite Tower Project (G+3P+14F+GYM+R) Al Jaddaf , Dubai.3- Samaya Hotel Apartment (2B+G+2P+13F+R) - Wadi Alsafa 3 , Dubai.4- AL Rasheed Tower Project (2B+G+5P+26F+R) Altaawon , Sharjah.General Tasks and Responsibilities:- Managing parts of construction project and overseeing and directing the project from inception to completion- Checking plans, drawings, specifications and quantities- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and lead the site teams to deliver the project on time and within the budget.- Maintain first-level quality assurance to confirm that all materials & installation of all works is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards.- Liaising with the local authorities to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.- Liaising & correspondence with the consultant about all project requirements (letters, submittals, approvals, inspections, reports … etc.)- Liaising with subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.- Liaising with head office about all procurement processes for the project (contract agreements, purchase orders, etc.)- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring engineers, foremen, and the work of any subcontractors.- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site ensuring that personnel in the project engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and industry standards.- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.- Preparing interim payments and variation orders and submitting , discussing and finalizing with the consultant.

- Structural study and design ( mainly for residential buildings )- Preparing Structural and Architectural drawings .

General Tasks and Responsibilities:- Preparing structural calculations & drawings for residential building projects.- Supervision of site projects by daily visits to review work progress and drive process improvements.- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.- Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.- Preparing reports as required.

This was a training course in Structural Engineering under the supervision of Engineer Ahmad Allaham in Career Counseling Center in Damascus . the course addressed many of the structural and Architectural programs such as ; Etabs , Sap , Safe , AutoCAD , Revit , and i got a good experience of it .
