I love solutions. Being an HR Specialist makes it possible to turn a Business problem into an interpersonal Human problem and that's where the process of problem-solving becomes more interesting as humans get involved. Trying to find the right approach, I learned how to be more patient and dedicated.As a Civil Engineering graduate, I tend to maximize the efficiency of the world around me by fundamentally observing and if needed to, revising every aspect of basically everything. To live up to that perfectionism and standards might seem frustrating at times, but I am busy living it.Fascinated by the theory of everything (literally, not the movie), I love experiencing new things and live toward perfect laughter.
