Organize the team to achieve the given targets through implement the salesstrategy for the team.Ensure that all the team members understand the products, bank services andtheir role and efficiently comply with it.Ensure that the team provides complete and accurate information, documents andcalculations to the sales coordinators in order to handle credit application.Follow up with the team to ensure the after sales services is up to the professionalstandard.Ensure that all the team members are doing the job assigned to them, such as thesales people contact customers and the coordinators following up with the Creditand Operations departments in order to have a professional work flow.To solve any conflict within the team to have healthy environment.Provide periodic reports to recommend developments to achieve targets.
