Managed a portfolio of 6 city initiatives, ranging in policy areas and totaling over $2 million annually. Designed, pitched, and launched planning for a workforce development pilot totaling over $500,000 and serving over 100 participants annually. Provided research support on 2 major city initiatives, including literature reviews, conducting interviews with experts, preparing memos and longer-format reports, and presenting to leadership.
