Collaborating with a great team to develop the European Hyperloop Center (EHC). I have been part of the vehicle team that has fully developed the EHC vehicle.Main responsibilities included:- Design and development of European Hyperloop Center (EHC) vehicle main structural sub-systems (bogie frame and main frame): Concept definition, design and structural analysis, design for manufacturing, production drawings and procurement- Design and development of EHC vehicle position safety sub-systems and mechanisms which prevent damage to the vehicle and infrastructure in case of failures: Concept definition, design, structural and kinematic analysis, design for manufacturing, production drawings, procurement, assembly and sub-system testing- Preliminary design of EHC vehicle heat management system: Concept definition and trade-offs, architecture definition, analysis, component selection and routing- EHC Vehicle and guideway dynamic impact and interaction modelling and analysis- Set up and management of CAD framework for the EHC vehicle design- Definition of EHC Hyperloop system functional and product breakdown- Safety analysis (PHA, FMEA and FTA) of the EHC Hyperloop system in collaboration with a team

Part of the team in developing a new high performance 3D printer.Responsible for two main functions of the printer, namely Frame and enclosure and Heated bed:- Definition of functional breakdown as well as requirements- Safety analysis and FMEA- Development of preliminary designs within Solidworks based on multiple trade-offs and tests- Management of the space and mass budgets within the printer
