Experienced Judge with more than five years of proven expertise in both criminal and administrative law. I have gained diverse experiences in both administrative and criminal disputes, and prepared many successful cases and presented them in court. I cherish integrity, excellence, and diversity.Other highlights of my career include the following:• I gained experience as a judge at the Egyptian Council of State covering a wide range of topics, including public rights and freedoms, pre- and post-public employment disputes, taxation, criminal records, student and educational institution disputes, environmental licenses, building and construction licenses, administrative licenses, administrative contracts, associations and unions, investment law, residency of foreigners, and citizenship disputes. Furthermore, I evaluated the arguments put forth by each side in the dispute, reviewed their claims, compared them with the laws in effect, composed independent legal opinions, and recommended rulings to the court about the dispute.• As a District Attorney at the Egyptian Public Prosecution, I conducted more than 300 investigations related to a wide range of criminal cases, including robbery, drug dealing, assault and battery, terrorism, fraud and forgery crimes, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, unauthorized gold mining, homicides and domestic violence. Also, I reviewed police reports, issued orders and decisions, drafted memoranda and referred cases to criminal courts.• My participation in several internships at the Cairo office of Baker McKenzie, provided me with a good background about business laws in Egypt. During that time, I assisted senior attorneys in court and at the office by working on numerous cases related to well-known corporations and entities by conducting in-depth legal research on a wide range of legal topics, including corporate law, trade law, capital markets, investment law, labor law, and civil law.
