Review and study all project documents, including Conditions of Contract, BOQ, specifications, drawings, and Vendor List, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements.Collaborate with relevant teams, especially the mechanical section, to clarify any conflict or ambiguities to issue RFI to the owner or consultant to select the requirements to ensure accurate project estimation as specs and cost.Prepare quotations (RFQ) for all systems like Electrical, Light Current systems, Control, and BMS systems and contact and follow up with suppliers and subcontractors to get the offers.Review quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors as technical and financial to ensure compliance with the project’s BOQ, specifications, drawings, and Vendor list.Prepare breakdown sheets for pricing all items and conduct cost analysis to ensure accurate estimation of project costs.Coordinate with the technical director to align cost estimates for profit margin and other cost parameters like overhead expenses and select financial targets.Create MEP, Turnkey, Budgetary commercial, and technical offers and send them to the client and follow up with them to more clarification and negotiation.Attending bid and meetings with clients for financial and technical discussions.Collaborate with the tendering team to incorporate viable value engineering proposals into the tender.Coordinate the bid management process, including organizing bid teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.Keep in touch with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for the bid.
