Key Responsibilities:• Develop and update project baseline schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate resource and cost loading up to the 4th level.• Prepare and manage Recovery Project Schedules and Revised Project Schedules to address delays and ensure timely project execution.• Monitor critical path activities weekly and adjust schedules to mitigate risks and prevent project delays.• Conduct resource leveling and prepare manpower histograms to optimize the allocation of labor and equipment.• Review and analyze project progress reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates, to provide accurate performance tracking.• Generate Earned Value Management (EVM) reports, utilizing CPI (Cost Performance Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index) to assess project performance.• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, addressing project delays due to site access issues, late approvals, and other risk factors.• Monitor project performance metrics using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and EVM techniques to ensure project alignment with goals.• Participate in progress meetings to provide schedule updates, highlight bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions to maintain project momentum.• Develop and review cash flow distribution plans, ensuring alignment with project resource planning and budget forecasts.• Prepare and present monthly project performance reports (MPR) to senior management, detailing schedule status, milestones, variances, and risks.• Perform crisis management by adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to manage unforeseen delays or disruptions.• Continuously update the approved project baseline schedule with 3-week lookahead plans to maintain focus on upcoming tasks.• Create comprehensive project control documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), progress tracking, and reporting templates.• Ensure project control processes are compliant with industry best practices and relevant international standards.
