Reported directly to the Assistant Undersecretary of the Minister for the Strategic Projects and managed the development of 1300 villas and 59 multistory buildings, as well as amenities such as schools, healthcare clinics, mosques, shopping centers, sport clubs, and parks, totaling over 330 million BD.•Early involvement in design estimations and budgeting by reviewing design proposals, recommending and proposing alternative materials/methods of construction, reviewing the budget against the design while carrying out value engineering exercises to ensure sufficient budget was available.•Participated in the preparation of project documentation, tender documents, bidders’ offers evaluation, negotiation, and contract awarding, following up with issuing the RFPs, reply to all the Tenderers' inquiries, assembling the Open Tender Committee for opening the tenders.•Coordinated with the GCC Funding Committee (Saudi Development Funds), providing quarterly budget reporting along with the project’s progress, my reporting covered overall project progress, material status, villa progress, as well as infrastructure work progress. Updated risk management status, health and safety reports.•Attended clients’ meetings, Prime Minister Strategic Projects’ meetings as needed, and site progress meetings, as well as coordination meetings with related authorities, especially during the execution of the infra services and roads. I evaluated and monitored project progress against the approved project plan, highlighted potential delays and the best way to avoid/mitigate and monitored the project’s health and safety plan progress. •Managed a troublesome project, with below standard and challenging contractors. I had to be careful in my approach while introducing international construction standards.•Established complete coordination plans with all related authorities to ensure smooth transaction of related services during hand-over, which was one of the high-risk items.

Ain Al Faidha Governmental Emirati Housing Development Project 2,000 (over 450 m²) Villas built on 3.7 million-m² development including related infrastructure Works, schools, retails, mosques .•I was tasked with managing a challenging project characterized by a lack of coordination and unclear communication channels, exacerbated by the absence of a responsibility matrix. Additionally, the project suffered from below-standard performance from both the consultant and the contractor.•As a leader of a team of 12 Project Managers and Engineers, I was responsible for controlling and monitoring the progress of multiple projects against their respective schedules and budgets. By introduce a new management approach and execute a fresh plan to put the projects back on track. •As part of my responsibilities, I identified several critical problem areas that were hindering the progress of the project. Find joint resolutions that addressed each problem area.•As part of my role, I was responsible for following up with all relevant authorities and governmental bodies regarding the community amenities associated with a new development project., we worked closely with various authorities, including the Ministries of Education, Interior, Islamic Affairs, and Health, to ensure that their respective projects were executed with full coordination.•As a project manager, I was responsible for responding to RFIs, manage and monitor theprocess and ensure that priority sequences were followed. In addition, I monitored the Contractor's RFI issuances to ensure that they adhered to the established sequence. My attention to detail and proactive approach helped to streamline the RFI process and keep the project on track. •I was responsible for preparing and issuing reports for the client, internal reports, and presentations to keep all parties informed of the project's progress. Additionally, I was accountable for monitoring the health and safety procedures on site.

Baniyas Development Residential ProjectOver 1200 units in 14 Mid-Raise Buildings covering 4 Blocks.•Managing and leading the Design Team, including generating communications & coordination among project’s stakeholders including sometimes the End-Users especially for the pre-Rented amenities such as Youth club and Privet Clinic.•Leading the Supervision teams, coordinate the daily tasks and insuring a smooth flow of engineering procedures such as inspection, Contractor’s Invoices evaluation, quality and Health & Safety. •Participating in the Value-Engineering process as the Project was under-estimated, evaluating the alternatives / options, calculating the cost & time affects the project. Issuing a report with all the items under study, the alternatives and the expected impact for Client’s review and action. •As part of my responsibilities, I was tasked with identifying potential obstacles and assessing their impact on the project. One such obstacle was the delay in the completion of the main Power station, which could have affected the testing and commissioning, as well as the operation of the Sewer Pump station and Streetlights.•Assessing Contractor’s claims, leading the negotiation and justification process, evaluate and presenting recommendations to the Client.Musanada Supporting Team•Project Manager for the Habitation of Abu Dhabi Municipality Main Building. Leading the Design team to ensure client’s requirements (wish list) are implemented without impacting the budget nor construction schedule.•Chairing coordination meetings with related departments and the consultant to review the proposals. •Ensure that a specific Health & Safety Plan is properly executed and followed up as the construction is ongoing while normal daily business is not effected.•Preparing complete Tender documents, Contractors site visits, answering the RFIs ( by the Client of the Engineer), participating in Bidders evaluation both technical and financial.

• Al-Sadiyaat Island Residential ProjectHigh-End, Exclusive Villas Project, over 800 units in 6 phases.Duties include but not limited to:• Leading the Snagging-De snagging Team, including generating program with coordination with the contractor and the End-Users.• Follow up with the suppliers, appliances installation, services connections, and all other Handing over requirements prior to End User invitation to receive the Villa.• Arrange for the Final Walk through with the Client; follow up the progress of the Owner List.• Preparation of Handing Over reports, and Project Delivery Package.• Follow up with the End-User and ensure full satisfaction. • Abu Dhabi Future School ProgramA fast tracking 170 million AED of (5) Schools project; schools were handed-over on time and under budget.Duties include but not limited to:• Coordination between all project’s stock holders.• Daily monitoring for site progress against the program and budget.• Preparing required reports.• Organizing provisional sums packages tenders, bidders pre-qualification process, pre-tender meetings, tenders evaluation.• Overcoming any delay in construction progress due to lack of information/instruction by discussing different options/ means with related project’s team.• High lighting future obstacles and evaluate the impact; generate suitable plans for the client approval.• Analyzing and evaluating variations and claims.

•Abu Dhabi Ladies Club, Abu DhabiA prestigious, high end and fast tracking 150 million AED project (Phase 1),Duties including but not limited to:• Progress monitoring, following up consultant’s and contractor’s tasks.• Setting up and updating temporary benchmarks to meet the tight program.• Advising the client on progress, challenges and providing options to overcome such.• Analyzing and evaluate variations and claims.• Following up and monitoring site health and safety.• Providing weekly and monthly reports.• Involved in procurement process, offering options & different suppliers. • Reviewing and evaluating the expected impact on Interior design (in progress) on site progress, and providing the required provisions to minimize the risk.• Holding weekly meetings, workshops with all involved parties to go through all pending issues that might impact site progress. •J W Marriott Resort and Spa, Abu DhabiA 2.6 billion AED Fast Track project of 10 hotel buildings, 90 Chalets for a total of over 600 keys, 12 outlets and about 1.2 km. of artificial lagoon along with an international Spa building.Duties including but not limited to:• Monitoring design/construction progress against program and cost.• Insuring full coordination between the lead consultant and his subs and the main contractor and his subs.• Reporting to the client.• Reviewing & incorporating the operator requirements.• Preparing complete case studies for changes raised by client and/or other project’s stockholders.• Overcoming any delay in construction progress due to lack of information/instruction by discussing different options/ means with related project’s team.• Organizing provisional sums packages tenders, bidders pre-qualification process, pre-tender meetings, tenders evaluation.• Carrying out bidders’ negotiations and awarding process.• Conducting value engineering.• High lighting future obstacles and evaluate the impact; generate suitable plans for the client approval.
