Conducting the regular periodical inspection of construction and demolition sites (New construction, additions, amendments, decorations, maintenance, issuing the permits for temporary works and occupations, demolition of buildings (Checking building violation and handling complaints). Verifying the compliance of construction materials used in the building with the technical specifications and conformity certificates issued by Dubai Central Lab.
