In addtion, Supervising the following projects from Tender preperation to excution:SPECIALIZED CATHODIC PROTECTION SERVICES: This project shall maintain the integrity of KJO Production Facilities Onshore and Offshore by providing adequate Cathodic Protection (CP) and maintaining CP continuous operations through periodical monitoring and services.INTERNAL CORROSION MONITORING SERVICESThis project shall maintain the integrity of KJO Production Facilities Onshore and Offshore by providing continuous internal monitoring through lab analysis, Corrosion Monitoring Devices (CMDs), Failure Analysis, etc.

QA/QC Rep (Quality Manager)Field Development Plan (FDP-1) Project Abu Dhabi/KhafjiAssigned as Quality Manager during the EPC to construct a Gas Plant. The Khafji Field Development Plan (FDP-1) is designed to expand the total liquid handling capacity to 750,000 BLPD in order to sustain Maximum Sustainable Capacity of 300,000 BCD of Khafji Crude with 50% Water Cut with a cost of project over US$ 2 billion. My work activities covered the following:• Project quality plan, project inspection & test plan (ITP), quality control procedures (QCP), project quality audit schedule, quality management reports, and material submittals related to project work as per standards.• Piping plot plan, Piping System, Piping Isometric Drawings, Valves, Special piping data sheets, Thermal Expansion Calculations, Stress Analysis Report, 3D Electronic Model of the Facility (Walk through type), Piping Tie-in, Hydro tests Diagram, and Safety Instruction Sheets (SIS). • Project design for Cathodic Protection (CP) and Approved Protective Coating Services (APCS) System.• Procurement aspects of the project such as Equipment Requisition (ER), Material Requisition (MR), Fax of Commitments (FOC), technical Bid Analysis (TBA), and Purchase Orders (PO).• Equipment manufactures approval, Vendors selection, Fabrication work, Shop Inspection & Tests, Performance Acceptance Test (PAT), and compliance with Company standards.

Joined Saudi Aramco/CSD to develop my Corrosion Engineering Skill thru several assignment with CSD Consultants by providing actual consultation jobs to All Saudi Aramco Plants and operations in the field of Material Engineering, CP and Coating, Chemical Treatment and Corrosion Failure analysis.

Worked as Corrosion Engineer for Onshore and Offshore facilities in oil and gas company.

Participate in attending NACE events and meet other members to explore the new challenges facing Corrosion Engineers in their job to maintain facilities integrity..
