1. Responsible of Work Order (WO) preparation on SAP , prioritizing, estimating in term of cost and time, scheduling and following the completion with the supervisors, conforming the satisfactory from end user Operation, then closing the work orders.2. Reserve all the planned material for the job3. Prepare & approve all non-stock Planned Material /services PRs and follow-up with Purchasing to confirm ETA.4. Monitor closely ongoing time-and-material costs for each job with department supervisors and report to the Management any over-run cost (Lab, Material & Services)5. Coordinating between our Quality & Customer for in-house initial / final inspection schedules and status and secure jobs release on time.6. Lead daily/ weekly planning meetings to discuss the status of each job and highlight if there is delay7. Prepare the monthly billing plan and follow up with Production /Sales to maximize the monthly Billing and Push to clear the pending jobs due to customer approval & PO & CW & Payment.8. Taking care of customer services (Jobs Collection, Dispatching, Material supplied by customer, Customer update).9. Confer on a regular basis with General Manager regarding shop operation, job scheduling, repair problems, customer concerns and employee performance.10. Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance and collaborate with material manager to forecast all required strategies.11. Managing logistics activities

1. Estimate the cost of repair as per company internal system, subcontracts evaluationand spare parts.2. Estimate ETCs from all jobs3. Prepare repair plan4. Follow up repairing process.5. Coordinate with subcontractor.6. Schedule and apply non confirming material program as per ARAMCO procedure7. Schedule and apply internal rework program as per ARAMCO procedure.8. Find / contact warehouse, local agent, distributor and manufacture for parts requisition or any technical assistance.9. Follow up all auditing items around the year (Safety& tools calibration & standards & report filing & statistics)10. Prepare daily / weekly/ monthly status reports11. Coordinate with QC to Prepare inspection report of the incoming jobs and determine the recommended scope of work12. Coordinate with clients for the inspection activities (Initially, Finally and run test)13. Coordinate with ARAMCO , SEC and SABIC to finalize all documents

1. Repair all electronic PCB.2. Programming / use PLC.3. Program and Install Motor Controller (Inverters).
