I am a Consultant Laparoscopic Upper GI, Bariatric, and General Surgeon. Within the NHS, I am based at the esteemed Whittington Hospital in Highgate, North London. In addition, I maintain a private practice at The Wellington Hospital in St John's Wood and the Highgate Hospital.My area of specialization encompasses a range of laparoscopic procedures, including Laparoscopic Benign Upper GI Surgery. This involves the treatment of gallbladder disease through Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, as well as the management of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) through Laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication. Furthermore, I am well-versed in Laparoscopic Bariatric/Obesity Surgery, which includes procedures such as Laparoscopic Gastric Bypass, Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy, Laparoscopic Gastric Band Insertions, and Endoscopic Gastric Balloon Insertions. Additionally, I am proficient in performing Upper GI endoscopy and providing comprehensive care for general surgical pathology.Beyond my clinical practice, I am actively engaged in teaching and training initiatives focused on Laparoscopic Bariatric and Upper GI Surgery.
