• Manages leavers’ process and ensures smooth exit for the employees.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.• Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days).• Take preventive actions against employees/issue warning letters in compliance with the approved company policies and Saudi labor laws.• Take ownership and process employee vacations and settlement matters on time and coordinate with payroll officer for final settlement.• Handle employee procedures on government sites such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqem, Mudad, and HRDF.• Implementing HR activities, financial benefits, promotions, follow-up, leave, termination of service.

• Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program.• Create Learning & People Development Program and evaluate the process.• Research and recommend new training methods & material.
