Manages team of 5 - 8 developers in charge of the development and supporting of system, internal and regulatory reports • Sets the department’s goals, procedures, and policies• Enhancing the existing traditional development frameworks by introducing DevOps framework, continuous integration and test automation using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory• Manages and governs developments projects through projects life cycle using SSDLC and agile frameworks • Ensures that appropriate document contents, user guides and training materials are provided to end users • Sets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly dashboard to monitor the team’s performance• Spreads Innovation and creativity concepts among the team • Forecasts, plans, monitors and manages of budgetary spend and resource allocation• Overseeing the assessment of the quality of the existing applications and their costs and risks and taking pro-active measurements• Coordinates problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing escalations from users• Meets and consults with end-users regarding service delivery needs• Collaborate with other IT and operation teams to ensure solution compatibility with bank’s standards and highlight any security and operational risks. • Review and monitor the level of expectations and satisfaction with the end-users, and suggest pro-active and quick-win solutions.

• Using lean methodology as a pragmatic and analytical approach to deliver significant improvements and enabling people and teams to reach their full potential by embedding a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. • Collaboratively with the project team, we were managing a big transformation project with a cost of more than 3 Million Euro resulting of a net saving of more than 2 Million Euro. • Implementing client portfolio analysis tool (revenues, volumes of operations) • Assessing team’s mindset and behaviors and define quick wins actions to improve• Managing the offshoring of operational processes (Business Case creation, Risk Assessment, Learning & Development strategy definition at offshore site etc.)

• Developing, and maintaining solutions that meet the internal requirements of the departments and the external specifications provided by different parties i.e. regulators, vendors, Head office, etc.• Prepare business cases to present in the investment committee for new project’s/budget’s approval.• Analyse business processes and activities and propose solutions and IT levers to enhance the quality of work and reduce pain points and issues facing the users• Manage IT projects throughout all project’s phases from initiation to Closing using SSDLC and agile • Develop, and maintain Business reports and dashboards for different departments • Providing technical documentations and systems design for all developed systems making it easy for the new comers to understand the system• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) Extraction of data from one or multiple sources, transform (could cover reconciliation as well) and load the data into one unified datacenter
