• Participating in setting the foundation for TAC company to get Sama license • Participating in defining the vision and mission for TAC by focusing on how to add value in the leasing market• Building a KPI dashboard for executive management • Reviewing & Assessing all TAC departments' Policies, SOPs & WIs• Mapping business processes and producers (AS-IS)• Prioritising improvement opportunities for each department• Improving critical business processes and producers (To-BE) • Participating as a Quality Assurance, Business Analyst and a Trainer for new financial leasing system development and implementation of TAC• Monitoring Processes and Procedure• Controlling Policies, SOPs & WIs based on ISO 9000 quality management systems standard• Testing and Evaluating improvement outcome
