I am a Lead System Administrator at Kyndryl, a global leader in managed infrastructure services. I support the banking sector, managing Microsoft products and VMware vSphere, as well as Exchange Server, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and SCCM. I cover the regions of GCC, and I help customers start multi-cloud journeys.Before joining Kyndryl, I was a cloud engineers leader at Confidential, where I implemented infrastructure projects for startup companies. I managed a multinational team and various cloud platforms, such as Azure, SITE, Deem, and Microsoft Intune. I also worked as a Microsoft consultant for a client, providing technical guidance and project management. I have multiple certifications in ITIL4, CCNA, MCSE, and Az-104, and a bachelor's degree in network engineering from College of Telecom & Information. I am fluent in English and Arabic, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
