Quality Control Supervisor of Packaging material

- Responsible for Quality Control Testing of Packaging Material ( Tablet, Capsule) organization- Make SOP's and Specifications of Sample and Test Method for Primary and Secondary Packaging Materials- Follow up the artwork of Packaging Materials

Specific job responsibilities include the following: 1. Perform the test based on approved SOPs and test procedure and report the obtained result.2. Maintain and document the received samples. 3. Ensure the stability samples are stored and tested as per approved stability protocols. 4. Prepare the Certificate of Analysis for finished products and stability samples. 5. Maintain, document and archive all QC analysis records, forms & logbooks.6. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solution & reagents.7. Perform periodic calibration & verification for QC instruments.8. Perform periodic monitoring for QC instruments.9. Affixing all the quality labels.10. Follow all the regulatory issues including GMP and GLP issue and documentation system in QC lab.11. Perform proper training for the QC technicians and samplers.12. Supervision of the sampling procedure and all activities performed by the technicians and/or the sampler.13. Issuing of OOS. report.14. Dispose the waste materials in the QC. lab.
