• General Summary : Managing and planning HR & administration's functions & personnel activities.• Details of Functions :1. Monitor, update and document HR & administration's policies and procedures.2. Monitor personnel for employees including but not limited to, attendance, circulars, vacations, performance appraisals, warning letters,,, etc. In additional to the issuance of all and renewal of employees's working permit, passports, licenses, visa, and other formal paper related.3. Analyze data and determine causes of personnel problems for the development of the company's policies and procedures.4. Prepare job offer and contracts for new hired and monitor all employees' files.7. Monitor the company's public relation activities with all government parties.8. Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting affecting HR functions and to ensure that it's all in compliance with the labor law.

Preparing the employee Vacation Benefits, Emergency Leave, etc.2. Preparing the final calculation for the EOS “Final Settlement”.3. Preparing the Payroll “HR side”4. Making sure all employees get their salaries and benefits.5. Contacting with temporary contract employees to release their salaries and solve any problem they may face.6.
