* Managing Digital Banks including “STC Bank and D360 Bank” (direct report to Deputy Governor Supervision) and ensuring all requirements are fully complied especially Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Capital adequacy, Business Plan, Strategy, Financial Projections, Fit and Proper assessment of the Investors, Board of Directors and Senior Positions.* Overseeing newly licensed banks from post license to pre go live period ensuring all requirements of a successful launch are met covering Customer Protection, AML, Cybersecurity, establishing three lines of defense and effective controls etc. by coordinating with other relevant departments * Preparing and presenting reports to His Excellencies The Governor, Vice Governor and Deputy Governors of Saudi Central Banks on the status of the Digital banks Licensing applications and status of the Newly Banks of its launch status* Heavily involved in formulating SAMA strategic policies relating to Digital Banking Licensing and Supervision

• Assigned as Relation Manager for various Banking License Applications (Local, Foreign Branches and Digital Banks) which involves working closely with applicant, SAMA other departments, Senior Advisors and Top management to evaluate Business Plan, Financial projections, Capital Requirements, Compliance and Risk Management Framework, Products and Services, Operating Model, Technology Architecture, AML, Shareholding structure, Fit and Proper of Investors and Applicant.• Major Contribution towards the development of policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines for the Financial Sector, for instance (Additional Licensing Guidelines and Criteria for Digital-Only Banks, Requirements for Appointments to Senior Positions in Financial Institutions, Rules of Outsourcing etc.).• Revision of governance and compliance policies in addition to the manuals of a newly established bank.• Revision of bylaws, articles of association, committees charters, BoD charters, in accordance and in compliance with all regulations & requirements, for newly established companies.• Study and process banks requests for banking products and services including Fintech products.

• Analyzing the financial statements of banks and money changers according to the supervisory evidence, specific procedures, and risk profiles• Reviewing financial reports issued by banks to ensure their authenticity and compliance with banking regulations and instructions.• Propose corrective actions to be imposed in case of non-compliance• Study and process banks requests for banking products and services including Fintech products.• Studying all requests and inquiries of banks related to banking supervision management, for instance (outsourcing, products, leadership positions and boards of directors)• Provide feedback and contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures related to banking and financial products and services.• KPIs reporting
