I am knowledgeable in all aspects of Computational Fluid Dynamics and Heat Transfer as applied to turbomachinery. I have worked on writing codes and analyzing flows relevant to turbomachinery at NASA Glenn Research Center where I performed my thesis work and I continue to work. I joined the Ohio State University in 2006 where I work on various research projects and helping educate graduate students. I am involved in the simulation and studying of the problem of ash and dust deposition on hot sections of turbines. More recently, at NASA, I have joined the engine icing group where I work on simulation of icing accretion in low pressure compressors. In addition, I am an adjunct Associate Professor at Case Western Reserve University where I have been teaching a graduate course in Computational Fluid Dynamics since 2009. I have been engaged in wind turbine research which I conducted with Cleveland State University and also with CWRU. I have led and contributed to over 25 journal publications and over 120 conference publications and a book chapter. I am a fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since 2004.
