• Writing reports and updating Excel sheets daily• Ensuring that the KPIs are well measured, achievable, relevant, specific and time bound• Performing stock and inventory analysis and checks• Ensuring that the production process is running smoothly and efficiently in coordonance with the manager and supervisor• Preparing daily operations reports and reviews, such as variance and attainment reports

• Conducting research using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, Google and internal database systems to identify potential candidates that are relevant to the search for identifying key performing analysts up to directors for large corporates in Saudi Arabia• Providing comprehensive industry coverage and sectors breakdowns specific to Saudi Arabia, focused on the financial services space• Creating presentations and designing templates• Collecting and organizing information on companies, conducting due diligence and performimg analysis to support the decision-making process• Drafting job descriptions and CV templates• Optimizing the internal database by accurately filling candidate information

• Providing university students with lessons and explanations for topics and courses they had difficulties with• Helping them with university projects, from project research, writing, design to presentation• Helping them prepare for exams by preparing chapter summaries and tables to simplify the informationThis was mostly with students in the Business and Economics faculty and more specifically in the courses related to Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Strategic Management and Math.
