Building up our Technical teams in new regions, Prima mainly focuses on IT outsourcing with a diverse and multi-national working environment. I am in charge of the Europe region and setting up the initial operations there:- Acting as second-in-command to the Region manager.- Assisting in the recruitment and operation of regional teams.- Performing Europe market research (HR/ Resource/ Industry of Business). - Maintaining, updating filing, and making arrangements for any business updates. - Onsite support local teams in Germany, Poland, and upcoming countries. - Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
