As the product manager of the 780 Tourism Section, I was responsible for managing the discovery, specification, design, development, delivery and launch of the updated version of the tourism profile, international flight and domestic hotel services (Mobile, Web, Profile, Backoffice) from the beginning.I gained variant experiences in competitor analysis, flow design of user and business processes, feature design, experimentation planning, development prioritization and stakeholder alignment. I also made significant improvements in the product culture, user-centricity and synchronization of the teams.

I was working on a rule-based alerting product that was being developed for a train supplier company (Fadak Trains). The product helps sales agents to learn about the current status of their services and competitors by receiving alerts according to predefined rules and making smarter decisions for greater profitability. I was responsible for refining and delivering requirements, feature specification, information-architecture management and documentation, components delivery management, and product promotions.

Summary of my work on Ewano Super Application: Organize product redesign that brought 3x growth in daily active users, specify and manage the development of new features such as repeat transaction and alias and section of incredible discounts that brought 4x growth in bill payment, 3x growth in internet package sales, 4x growth in charge sales and 2.5x growth in FMCG sales.
