Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (Takreer) embarked on its refinery expansion program, the Carbon Black & Delayed Coker project. Part of the scope included the installation of the 5th sea water intake pipes and the construction of a causeway leading to a Marine Terminal and Jetty Facilities. Samsung Engineering will be providing project management services for the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning processes on a lump-sum turnkey basis and is scheduled. •Leads and supervisors a team of QA/QC civil and Structural inspection staff as well as sub contractors in the completion of all civil and structural activities related to projects in line with QC and client specifications and schedules.•Assists the Quality Control Manager and Assistant Quality Control Manager in planning and coordination of all QA oversight activities.•Compiles and reviews all daily inspection reports prepared by the contractor and the daily oversight inspection reports generated by the CM inspection staff for completeness and compliance with the Contract requirements and Construction Management Procedures (CMPs) requirements. •Assures that the inspection staffs has the most current contract documents and procedures for inspection of the work.

Shah Gas Development (SDG) Program- A project of ABU DHABI GAS INDUSTRIES LTD. (GASCO), (being developed by Fluor-Mideast Limited and GASCO. Samsung Engineering Company Ltd., for the construction of Utilities & Off-sites Unit of the Shah Gas Development, Shah-Abu Dhabi. Working as a QA/QC Engineer on the Shah Gas Development (SDG) Project responsible for to handle and organize the Quality Control Department. The preparation of Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Method of Statement (MES), Design Change/Concession Authority (DCA), Material Approval Request (MAR) etc. Ensures that all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test plan (ITP), Project Quality Control System and that these are documented on pre-defined formats / check sheets and also inspects incoming materials and makes sure its stored properly as recommended. Ensures proper interaction and co-ordination with Customer, Site Laboratory and Site Team for project co-ordination.

Qatar Pearl GTL (Gas to Liquid) Project- A project of Qatar Petroleum, [being developed by Shell-Qatar and funded by Japan Gas Corporation (JGC) – Japan and Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) –America. Chiyoda Corporation (Japan) and Hyundai Heavy Industries (Korea) known as Chiyoda-Hyundai Consortium (CHC) for the construction of Feed Gas Preparation Unit of the Pearl GTL Project, Ras Laffan-Qatar. The project is to convert the available gas resources around Qatar into a clean liquid fuel.Worked as a QA/QC Engineer on the Pearl GTL Project responsible for activity involved inspection all concrete structures such as pre-cast activities including column, moment beam, pin beam , steel structures, Roads and all underground utilities and has been intensely working for all pre-commissioning inspections & handovers. Have an immense exposure in fireproofing for steel structure, vessel skirt including Bricks & Fendolite MII.

Employed as QA/QC Engineer on the Laffan Refinery Project. Direct supervision and monitoring of subcontractors works starting from substructure & superstructure phase of works such as site preparation, massive equipment foundation layout including pre cast Reinforced concrete columns, beams Roads & Culverts. Assigned as Site QC Manager, responsible for the supervision of a team of inspectors and laboratory technicians to ensure that the contractor follow the Quality Plan and procedures.

Worked as Material and Quality Control Engineer for the Consultancy Services by HPR (UK)-ESL- EPC-KPL-KSCL of the project “Bridge Replacement Project-BRP” for one Pre-stressed Concrete Girder Bridge in Rajshahi - Nawhata Road assisted by DFID & implemented by Roads & Highways Department –RHD, in contract no.3B. Work involved supervision of construction works to ensure complying with design standard and technical specifications on site quality control and measurement of quantities. The work further involved Checking of setting out for Piling works, Pile load testing, pile integrity test, stressing operation, Checking of civil Contractors material quality & Concrete mix Design,

Worked as Material and Quality Control Engineer for the Consultancy Services by Intercontinental Consultants and Technocrats Technocrats (ICT) Pvt. Ltd. (India)- in association with Sverdrup-EPC-ESL-PUL under RRMP-III having contract Package No.-F12, PM-1 (Black Spot), PM-7 & PM-2 assisted by World Bank & implemented by Roads & Highways Department (RHD).

Work involved Supervision of Construction works such as Repair of damaged areas of existing Bituminous road surface, checking of road cross sections, Embankment, Sub-grade, improved sub-grade, sub-base, base, Bituminous carpeting & seal coats, Road widening, Brick End Edging, HBB, Reinforcement & concreting for structures like pipe culverts, Pre-cast pile, pile cap & pier cap of Bridges, Pre-cast pile driving, Brick mattresing, CC block etc. to ensure complying with design standards & Technical Specification. Regular reporting to Resident Engineer & Senior Resident Engineer regarding progresses, performance & potential problem areas & identification of any critical issue, which require attention.
