Manageall end to end client's infrastructure projects within organization by working closely with all stakeholders. ● Meeting with different vendors (Sub contractors and service providers) and suppliers providing service to organization ● Reviewreports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. ● Follow-up with all stakeholders on their deliveries related to projects. ● Planandimplement all client projects with details shared to all stakeholders ● Followonall projects activities with respective stakeholders to make sure they are completed within time ● Ensureall projects are implemented within Budget, time, and scope ● Meeting with 3rd parties and contractors negotiation and decide terms & Conditions related with project. ● Monitor and control the progress of projects liaise with NOC and SD and other dept. ● EnsureKPIs of Project are met ● Planimplementation and resource planning for all Infrastructure projects within organization

 Assemble Home, Office and customise Pc. Gaming Machines and server machines Installing operating systems and licensing Installing and configuring pre order software or requested packages. Running all hardware software tests Quality and quantity assurance before delivering the package
