CurrentManaging the overall account performance for multinational oil and gas company Shell under a global contract related to facilities management; which involves overseeing OpEx for a $2.7 million Shell account.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Mobilizing a team of 6 resources (3 Regional Operations Managers, 1 Finance/Procurement Specialist, 1 HSE Manager, and 1 Call Centre Representative) towards the successful management of operations across 206 Shell gas stations in Oman, and in delivering agreed KPIs and savings as per contractual agreement with Shell Oman.• Formulated robust maintenance strategies, which resulted in significant reductions equipment downtime and maintenance costs, whilst improving equipment life cycle and site profitability.• Influenced a number of innovations; which comprises of fueling systems that contributed to annual savings of $50k, in addition to selecting better equipment for a café that reduced heating impact within the café and lowered HVAC costs; whilst also increasing the life cycle of both refrigeration and HVAC equipment with less breakage.• Delivered ‘Goal Zero’, by creating a safer environment for staff, customers, contractors and vendors.
