Projects I worked on:1- Boulevard Riyadh City (Started the project from scratch)2- Murcia Housing Project (Mega project in Riyadh with more than 5000 residential homes and 570 apartments)Tasks Assigned: -Implementing and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.-Inspection for the installation and operation of firefighting systems, HVAC systems and all pluming works.-Designing and Approving HVAC, Plumbing blueprints.-Material receiving, inspecting and approving. -Writing daily reports to improve the quality of work and to guide the contractors.-Conducting weekly meetings to present project progress using MS Project and Gantt Chart and ensure that each task is within the project timeline.-Performing quantity surveying and cost estimation.
