 Drive accurate accounting across business divisions and entities/ subsidiaries of PMCL as per applicable IFRS and adherence to Group and Local accounting practices,  Present monthly and quarterly results to CFO, prepare Board reporting packs,  Risk & internal controls assessments and Technical Accounting Memo Reporting with Group on technical accounting matters,  Liaison with Commercial, Digital and Technology teams as a business partner role for:  Accounting advisory in complex business arrangement to meet Company Objectives,  Coordinate across functions and support in development of business plans. policies and processes and drafting of business agreements,  Provide actionable insights through data analytics to improve financial performance  Monitor & review financial performances against the budgets & forecast  Work closely with Commercial & Digital teams for acquisition and in-house developments of TAMASHA (Video Streaming App), BIP (Messaging and Video call app), GARAJ (cloud), JAZZCASH (Fin-Tech) & other Digital Platforms. Development of these new streams’ financial processes and policies, internal controls, risk assessment etc.  Support FP&A, Treasury, SCM & HR/Admin functions for development of internal policies & processes, drafting of business agreements with banks and suppliers, implementation across internal Finance functions and ad-hoc reporting to Group related to their Technical Accounting assessments  Work closely with Service Operations function (R2R, O2C & S2P) to:  Review the monthly financial closing activities to ensure 100% accuracy & meeting reporting timelines including analysis of monthly performance with prior periods and budgets/forecasts,  Review key deliverables for Audits, Group and Ad-hoc reporting requirements,  Monitor and review the processes for adherence to best practices, and recommend optimization opportunities,  Oversee Service Operations’ functions for achievement of their defined KPIs and SLAs  Review the monthly AQA dashboards to ensure compliance with Group Accounting manual & local accounting standards
