- I was responsible for 2 production lines sustainabilities by managing +20 employee for 6 months. Line's are consist of Jumbo CC and OTP process packing machines.-The Premium product repacking process is managed on Jumbo Area with 3 different size. Senzani, Marden Edwards and IMAA are the main wrapping machines and end of the line one DUAS machine for case packing. Products are generally produced for export/Duty Free market in accordance with several standards.- Another special product is the Malboro Roll 50 gr. This line operating principle is different than normal cigarette packing machine. Tobacco is directly feeding into the pouch by Focke machines rather than rolling to paper. The first prioritisation is the produce fully brand integrity and without non-conformity quality production.- In Feb’23 my position is changed and from that day on I have been responsible on CDF - 1to1 area which is the most critical department of Primary. Tobacco is Cutting-Drying and Flavouring then sending to the bin filling station. 1to1 area is fully automated controlled. AW machines are tipping the bin to the feeder based on LU’s requisition. Due to all Secondary machines are fed by AW, any minor stoppage on it cause big impact on performance that’s why 1to1 is the most critical area in factory. With this responsibility, I started to work in close contact with other departments. Hovewer I think that having the responsibility of more than 40 people will have a great impact on the development of my people management skills.

My responsibilities area consisting of the Trigeneration Plant, central Vacuum pumps, Conveyor Systems, De-dusting System, Water Treatment Plant and Waste-water TP. Electricity,steam and cooling (by Absorption chiller) energy is generated by Trigeneration Plant and provided to the Factory. Operation effectively,reporting of the energy performance, project implementation…etc all activities under the Energy management is one of my first work. We are doing all activities in accordance with Open+ requirements (Am,PM…etc). I am actively the member of FI(Focused Improvement) and PM(Progressive Maintenance) Pillars.Local energy projects and the productivity of them is managed by myself. However Energy KPI creation, energy & utility budget preparations are also some of my critical jobs.6 Sigma training and related project is the most exciting activity in my recent years.

I am responsible for Utilities Department. We are performing routine controll by using checklists,preventive and planned maintenance wtih team.Under my responiblities;•Ammonia Refrigerant System ( two stage cooling -10, -35, -45 degree...),•High pressure hot water boiler,•Cooling towers and pumps•HVAC system,•Compressed Air Systems,•Dizel pumps,•Water treatment plant (ultra,nano filtration)...etc.We observe machine’s working condition by using devices( vibration,thermal and ultrasonic devices). We analyse MTTR( mean time to repair) and MTBF(mean time between failure) in order to increase our maintenance efficiency and material's reliability.If any failure on the machine, technicians fill the EWO form which is including Root Causes Analysis (5W1H model). And we are discussing in maintenance meeting daily basis. We have just started to use BOYSWEB programme (CMMS) for planned activities.Machine ledger is uploaded in this programme.However I am the competent person of Process Safety Managment System. Because of hazards (ammonia, nitrogen, hot water and some combustible dusts) we have to get countermeasure and check them perdiocally. We are audited by 3rd party(PSRG). I am also resposbile for Energy Managment System in WCM (World Class Manufacruting).I analyse usage (fix and variable) and track daily KPI (kwh/ton). According to production forecast I calculate energy consumption forecast. We have a target to decrease KPI so we perform energy projects.And also I prepare CAPEX documentation. to get energy budget.

I was responsible for Energy Managment and Utilities department.We were performing planned and preventive maintenance activities. We used SAP PM module and we organized maintenance meeting with team to talk projects, failure detail, our KPI, budget...etc. But also we created another local maintenance programme with software supporter. We preformed corrective/preventive maintenance activities in order to increase OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) and machine's efficiency for area which are;•Compressed air equipments ( Compressors, dehumidifer, pnömatic valves,piston...etc)•Steam pipes, distribution area, steam traps •Water and waste water management•Hot water systems •Electricity systems (AG and OG Rooms)•Cooling system HVAC•Mechanicial and Absorption chillers (Steam uses)I got a promotion as an Energy Manager and ISO 50001 Energy Managment System has been created by me. We are monitoring&following our performance (KPI), creating energy efficiency projects in order to reach Energy target. Projects were focused according to prioritisation table. There is a continuous improvement (MICO) process (kind of 5S,Kaizen...etc). I was the charge of energy part. All of our target is to create sustinable system, to reach yearly target and to decrease cost/ton and enegy/ton.

It was nearly 2 months that I worked as an internship under the Maintenance Department. We worked about processing with CNC machine.We created prototype of the machine parts.
