1- Following the project plan which is submitted by the construction manager to me and involved in monitoring, coordination and controlling of Project Mobilization activities as per mobilization schedule.2- Involved in controlling the construction of the project in accordance with the contract in the most efficient and profitable manner taking particular care of client requirements.3- Assisting Construction Manager in planning and arranging for the disposal of plant, equipment, materials, buildings and other assets. 4- Supervising the work of Foremen and ensuring the adherence to full compliance with all relevant standards (Contract documents, specifications, method statements.5- Ensure that efficiency of construction work is maximized and that costs are effectively controlled.6- Ensure that statutory health and safety regulations are observed at all times.7- Fill the formulated Project plan documents "which is for achieving the stated objectives within the budget, construction program, performance, and quality" which I received by the construction manager.8- Attending Weekly Site Progress Meeting to review project status, including Subcontractors under the construction manager.9- Prepare Daily/Weekly Progress Reports and submit to the construction manager as per construction manager plan.
