CurrentResponsible for overseeing the daily operations of Northern Pharmacies of Specialty RX.Responsible for ensuring that all pharmacies within their region are operating efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations and company policiesDeveloping and implementing operational strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the pharmacy chain.Managing and supervising pharmacy managers and staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.Ensuring that all pharmacies within the region are in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Analyzing financial data and making recommendations to senior management regarding budget allocations. Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the region. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, human resources, and finance to ensure that all operational needs are being met.Ensuring that all pharmacies are providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of their patients.Travel to all Specialty Rx locations (Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania , New Jersey) to perform reviews and audits and ensure each location Operating is within standards of the company
