The project includes construction of panoramic Boulevard garden, underground parking structure, parking areas, RO plant, TSE tank, visitors canter, Inner park utilities, kiosks and bridges, outer park utilities, sunken garden, pedestrian Bridge, dissipation basin and box, waterfall structure, culverts and sluice gate, water tanks & more than 750,000 square meters of planting and landscaping. Responsibilities :-• Preparing monthly Commercial reports for each project.• Preparing VOs & EOT claims.• Tracking the monthly IPC & update their status on Dynamics AX.• Tracking subcontractors` invoices, performance & progress.• Preparing Subcontractors contracts & POs.• Tracking Advance Payment Guarantees & performance Bonds for all projects.

Responsibilities :-- Interim applications for payment (Bi monthly interim certificates)- Negotiation with Client’s Engineer/QS to get timely certification of interim applications and issue of Interim Payment Certificates within the period stipulated by the contract;- Following up with Client to get payment of Interim Certificates within the period stipulated by the contract.Maintaining a variations log that tracks the current status of all variations;- Timely issuing of notices required by the contract in respect of variations to the Client/Client’s Engineer/Client’s QS;- Timely issuing of details of cost implications of variations to the Client/Client’s Engineer/Client’s QS. Interim particulars must be submitted in accordance with the contract;- Substantiation, negotiation and agreement of variations with the Client/Client’s Engineer/Client’s QS.- Identification of changes/variations to the contract;Identification of claims;- Maintaining a claims log that tracks the current status of all claims;- Issuing of notices required by the contract in respect of claims to the Client/Client’s Engineer/Client’s QS;- Substantiation, negotiation and agreement of claims with the Client/Client’s Engineer/Client’s QS.-Submittal of applications for payment within specified deadlines- Timely submission of contractual notices- Timely submission of contractual claim substantiation
